This style of yoga offers students the chance to build strength, flexibility, and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. Vinyasa is a breath initiated practice that connects every action of our life with the intention of moving towards our own inner truth. This detoxing and empowering class will challenge, cleanse, and excite students.
CORE YOGA
This rigorous class offers strength postures that will have you moving, breathing and sweating! This class focuses on building and engaging your core strength to support you in more advanced postures. Yoga Sculpt is a balance of both strength and conditioning as well as a vinyasa flow. This class strengthens, balances and exhilarates the body and mind.
Chair Yoga
This gentle form of Yoga is practiced while sitting in a chair or by using the support of a chair during standing postures. Chair Yoga is for all levels and can be especially beneficial for individuals looking to increase flexibility, coordination, and balance. Chair Yoga incorporates all the aspects of Yoga, including breath work, meditation, strengthening, stretching, and a variety of Yoga asanas. RESTORATIVE YOGA
Restorative Yoga is the perfect addition to your regular yoga practice. Meant to restore and refresh the mind, body, and soul, this type of Yoga centers the body and breath together. Aligning the physical and mental body, restorative Yoga focuses on stillness, mindfulness, and the connection to your deeper self. This practice will make the yogi feel rejuvenated, calm, and intrisically connected to their breath and spirit.
